What Is An Existential Crisis? | Remember Every Day | 3/2/16

It’s that moment in the dead of night where you fear that everything you’ve ever known is a lie. And at that place in time, you feel lucky to even be alive at all. It’s an existential crisis, a dark familiarity to all artists, and it’s the subject of today’s video blog. But there is hope. Discuss it with me on today’s episode of Remember Every Day!

Matthew Estes

Matthew Estes currently exists in the ether between graudate student and full-time worker. One day he hopes to be a full-time novelist and blogger, but until that day comes he spends his time playing video games, eating pizza, and being with his soon-to-be wife. However, he has yet to do all three at the same time. Bucket list stuff, you know.

  1. My existential crisis is that occasional moment when my mind seems to shut down…go into idle mode…there are no answers, not even any questions. There are no options, no choices, there is just the feeling of empty space with no doors of any kind… I have never thought of this before. Hmmm, it makes me wonder what would happen if something didn’t happen to blast into gear again. Now that is scary. 🙂
